The scheduled maintenance last evening was completed without any impact to our network other than a few minutes of increased latency. the 2nd part of the maintenance will be proceeding this evening and we expect it to be equivalent to last nights maintenance with respect to impact - we expect no other impact than a few minutes of increased latency. We will update and close this announcement once completed

In our continual efforts to provide you with the highest level of service, our toronto dataceneter team will be proceeding with two Emergency Network maintenances. These activities involve routine router maintenance to upgrade software on datacenter routers.

During this window, you can expect up to 10-30 minutes of intermittent increased latency during the window while traffic is being rerouted. Every effort will be taken to minimize this service interruption and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our team will be standing by and is taking extra precautions to make sure that this work is completed in a safe and timely fashion.
