Emergency Network Maintenance {Feb 19th, 2026} (Dallas) Feb 19, 2026 22:00 - Feb 20, 2026 03:00 EST

In our continual efforts to provide you with the highest level of service, please be advised that our upstream will be performing an emergency router maintenance in our Dallas facility during the following window.

Maintenance Window:
From: February 19, 2026 10:00PM EST
To: February 20, 2026 2:45AM EST

During this time, we do not anticipate any impact, but you may notice a brief network latency increase or outage during this maintenance. This should be less than 10 minutes that internet availability will be lost while routing is switched between the redundant equipment.

We will be performing routine OS patching and Updates this weekend on all of our Managed infrastructure and services in Canada starting at midnight.

1-2 reboots of each managed device may be required.

Please note, these updates are being completed by our automated patching systems and Cartika engineers are watching the entire process to ensure all services are restored normally and to engage if any problems persist post reboot.
