In our continual efforts to provide you with the highest level of service, please be advised that our upstream will be performing an router maintenance in our Dallas facility during the following window.

Maintenance Window:
From: May 7, 2026 11:00PM EDT
To: May 8, 2026 5:00AM EDT

During this maintenance, you may experience up to two interruptions in service for up to 10 minutes while we complete the maintenance activities. However, due to the complexity of the work, your downtime may be longer. You may see some re-convergence, latency, and packet loss intermittently during the maintenance window.

We will be performing routine OS patching and Updates this weekend on all of our Managed infrastructure and services in Canada starting at midnight.

1-2 reboots of each managed device may be required.

Please note, these updates are being completed by our automated patching systems and Cartika engineers are watching the entire process to ensure all services are restored normally and to engage if any problems persist post reboot.
