Resolved - Hello,
As we announced before, we are in the process of moving accounts from our old server US_WEB21 to US_WEB30. We will pause the migration till this Friday, Sep 17th, for the accounts using external DNS. Please update DNS records with information from the end-user control panel Domains ->Domain Info and reply back to the notification ticket we have sent.
NB: Resellers should update the new server aliases in the reseller admin > E servers section to get the "instant aliases.
