this issue has been resolved

we will engage the RDS cluster again overnight and customers can once again log in via RDS APPs in the morning.

Please continue to utilize the RDS users via RDP until then as the backup method to access your remote desktop and apps

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We are currently investigating reports of RDS applications errors for some servers hosted in our Toronto, Canada facility.
