In our continual efforts to provide you with the highest level of service, please be advised that our upstream will be performing a circuit upgrade maintenance in our Dallas facility during the following window:

Maintenance Window:
From: January 29, 2026 10:00PM EST
To: January 30, 2026 2:00AM EST

During this time, we do not anticipate any impact, but you may notice a brief network latency increase or outage during this maintenance. This should be less than 5 minutes that internet availability will be lost.

We will be performing routine OS patching and Updates this weekend on all of our Managed infrastructure and services in the US starting at midnight.

1-2 reboots of each managed device may be required.
Please note, these updates are being completed by our automated patching systems and Cartika engineers are watching the entire process to ensure all services are restored normally and to engage if any problems persist post reboot.
